Pattern Headquarters hosts the Legal Impact and Management Lab

The second training module of the Legal Impact and Management Lab took place, a program dedicated to analysing the challenges facing corporate functions and the connection between the strategic dimension, the regulatory framework, and the role of stakeholders in generating positive impact.

The module alternated moments of action learning and in-depth analysis, offering an integrated understanding of strategy, compliance, and value creation, with a focus on the role of organizations in generating positive impact.

In the afternoon, participants took part in a visit to Pattern Group. On this occasion, a presentation by the Group's Strategic ESG & Compliance function illustrated the path from risk analysis to building a culture of innovation and opportunity, highlighting the role of governance as a lever for managing and mastering the complexity of contemporary business environments.
