Governance

The corporate governance model adopted by Pattern is a traditional one, hence company management is entrusted to the Board of Directors. Nevertheless, in order to overview compliance and ethics tasks, Pattern has decided to voluntary put in place additional supervisory bodies:

 

SOCIAL PERFORMANCE TEAM

In accordance with the certified SA8000 management system, a Social Performance Team (SPT) must be established to see that the principles of the Standard are effectively integrated into company processes.

 

SUPERVISORY COMMITEE Leg. Dec. 231

The Company appointed the Supervisory Board in October 2021, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001 (Articles 6 and 7), in order to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the adopted Model.
