ESG

Social Responsibility

Protection, Safety and Development of People

Pattern Group recognizes people as a central element for the strength and competitiveness of its industrial model, as well as the foundation of long-term value creation. The social dimension of sustainability translates into a structured commitment aimed at protecting the dignity, health, and safety of workers, promoting fair working conditions, and enhancing skills throughout the entire value chain.

This commitment is supported by formalized Management Systems recognized at an international level. All Group companies have in fact achieved SA8000 Certification, ensuring social responsibility and respect for human rights; the same objective – included in the Group’s ESG Strategic Plan 2025–2030 – is expected to be achieved by 2027 for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Certifications, for the management of health and safety in the workplace.

The Group’s social approach is based on concrete listening and protection tools: Pattern has an Internal anonymous Reporting System and a Whistleblowing Channel, which allow critical issues and non-compliant behaviors to be reported safely. These tools strengthen responsibility, safety, and respect for employees’ rights.
