Risk Assessment and Continuous Improvement

The checks carried out generate a structured assessment of the risk level associated with each supplier. Following the analysis, Pattern activates continuous improvement plans, requiring the companies involved to make a concrete commitment to achieving and maintaining the required standards.

Evaluation criteria and rating system

The risk classification policy adopted by Pattern is based on compliance with:

  • the sector’s national collective labor agreement (CCNL)
  • labor regulations
  • Legislative Decree 81/2008 on health and safety
  • the eight social responsibility requirements defined by the SA8000 standard

The Group works exclusively with companies with which it has a direct relationship, all of which are subject to audits, and chooses not to collaborate with suppliers classified as critical. It also strengthens oversight of subcontractors with higher risk exposure, guiding them through a process of growth and gradual compliance.
