Pattern Group’s ESG Governance is based on defined organizational structures, roles, and processes that ensure continuous oversight of sustainability matters. A dedicated team coordinates ESG activities, supporting Management and the Board in integrating environmental, social, and governance criteria into corporate strategies and decision-making processes.  

Policies and management systems are aligned with major international standards and applicable regulations, with continuous updates in response to evolving regulatory contexts and stakeholder expectations. This framework ensures consistency, reliability, and continuity of sustainability initiatives over time.

As further confirmation of this commitment, in 2021 Pattern also adopted Model 231 to establish specific self-regulation mechanisms and achieve maximum transparency.
