Pattern Group Academy launches its Training Program at Dyloan Bond Factory, Abruzzo

To strengthen the development of manufacturing skills in the Abruzzo region, Pattern Group Academy launched a training program aimed at training and integrating specialized and motivated personnel. The program involved ten participants and enabled the development of technical skills across the entire production process, from pattern making to sewing and through to the creation of the finished garment.
At the end of the course, seven students were hired by Dyloan Bond Factory, taking on highly specialized roles in garment testing and production, contributing to the strengthening of the region’s technical expertise.
